Vigneron and winemaker Jock Gordon leads the Spook Hill team through each vintage. The vines are spur pruned by hand and  careful vineyard management sees irrigation applied only when necessary to keep the crop at optimum levels. Yields are deliberately restricted with all grapes handpicked over a period of weeks to deliver premium fruit quality. Bottle age, prior to release ensures Spook Hill wines are soft and approachable whilst delivering a firm, full bodied style.
